The Gf-Gc Loop Protocol: How to Augment Intelligence Using AI. [Part 2]

As promised, now I’ll run through through an application of this ORSAR Gf>Gc>Gf method, with the aim of both distilling and effectively communicating core principles of my Trident G - IQ framework for IQ Mindware training, I do this by focusing on the G Loop, since this is the unifying framework for IQ Mindware.

I found this ORSAR exercise to be valuable, and overall - yes - I believe I invested my Gf (fluid intelligence) to yield valuable Gc (generalisable crystallised intelligence) which I can now carry forward productively, providing a stronger platform to further invest my Gf.

The entire exercise took 2 hours or so. I would strongly recommend you try using it.
